1 cup frozen berries, 1 container greek yogurt, half cup almond milk :) add banana w/peanut butter if you wanna get crazy! lots of protein :P

i really like papaya smoothies! (alot of people hate it, but it’s really good for you!) it can also be used as a face mask! :)

Cut a banana into slices, freeze it, then blend it with just milk. It’s not really a smoothie, but it’s like ice cream.
